Shipping Policy

Delivery is provided by Tara Couriers (within Jamaica) and via Registered Mail to the rest of the world.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. Orders may be split shipped.
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery locally.
If any delay is expected, we will inform the client either through email or contact information provided by the client.
Deliveries outside of Kingston will be charged according to the prevailing delivery and shipment (if necessary) rates.
Arrangements can also be made for items to be picked up at our store located at Shop #34 Pulse Complex, 38A Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING: Delivery time is 10-20 business day OR 3- 4 weeks.

All orders are shipped in a plain, unmarked packages.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization.
Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturers’ defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material or quality, you must notify Customer Service by email within 5 days of delivery date.
All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in shipping costs incurred.
We give store credit for returned merchandise.
All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been damaged.

***Due to hygenic reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned once used.

We accept the following payment methods:

1) Paypal

This is the safest method of payment as it does not store your personal information. Funds are transferred and orders are shipped immediately.

2) Bank Deposit/ Transfer

You can make a direct deposit to our account at any branch of Scotiabank or NCB. Just select the option "Bank Transfer" at checkout. You will be provided with our account details via email. After you have made the deposit, email us the transaction number and account and your order will be process all within the same day!

NOTE: If no payment is received within 3 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

3) Debit & Credit Cards

Payment with all major debit and credit cards for online orders is only possible if you pick up your order at our store, located at Shop #34 Pulse Complex, 38A Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10.
